URB Gummies Review: Live Resin Delta 9 + 8 Gummies, Strength and Which Pack to Buy
URB gummies get about 3,800 searches a month in the US, according to Ahrefs. Most people searching want a straight answer: which URB pack should I buy, and how strong is it?
The answer matters because URB packs vary a lot in strength. One URB gummy is a 10mg delta 9 sleep gummy. Another is a 200mg gummy the brand itself says to split into quarters. Pick the wrong one and you either feel nothing or far more than you wanted.
This review breaks down the three URB gummy packs we stock, what is in each, how strong they are, what they cost per serving and who each one is for.
1. URB Gummies at a Glance
| Pack | Strength | Cannabinoids | Type | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Gateway Dreamland 30-Pack | 62.5mg blend per gummy (10mg delta 9) | Delta 9, CBD, CBN plus melatonin | Sleep | $39.95 |
| Delta 9 + 8 Live Resin 35-Pack | Labeled 100mg | Delta 9 and delta 8 | Indica | $49.95 (was $55) |
| Live Resin 25-Pack | 200mg per gummy | THCp, delta 8, delta 9 | Sativa | $58.95 (was $70) |
2. URB Gateway Dreamland Gummies: Best for Sleep and Beginners
The URB Gateway Dreamland Gummies are the most measured option in the lineup. Each gummy is one serving and contains:
- 10mg delta 9 THC
- 10mg CBD
- 5mg CBN
- 25mg L-theanine
- 2.5mg melatonin
- 10mg chamomile
That adds up to 62.5mg of active ingredients per gummy, with 30 gummies per jar. A 10mg delta 9 dose is a common standard serving, which makes this pack easy to dose. It is a good first URB product and the natural pick for a bedtime routine.
At $39.95 for 30 gummies, each serving costs about $1.33.
Who it is for
Buyers who want a predictable, single-gummy dose at night. Note that it contains melatonin, so skip it if you prefer a melatonin-free product.
3. URB Delta 9 + 8 Live Resin Gummies: Best for Evening Relaxation
The URB Delta 9 + 8 THC Live Resin Gummies combine delta 9 and delta 8 THC with live resin. URB labels this pack at 100mg, and it comes in a 35-pack. It is an indica product, described as relaxing and sleepy.
Flavors available are Berry Burst and Blue Watermelon. The price is $49.95, down from $55.
Delta 8 is milder than delta 9, so pairing the two gives a smoother, body-forward feel. Before your first dose, check the label and the lab report linked on the product page to confirm the amount per gummy, then start with a small piece.

Who it is for
Buyers who want an evening edible that leans toward relaxation, and who prefer a delta 8 and delta 9 mix over straight delta 9.
4. URB Live Resin Gummies 200mg: Strongest URB Gummy
The URB Live Resin Gummies 200mg 25-Pack are the heavy hitters. Each gummy contains 200mg of a THCp, delta 8 and delta 9 blend, made with URB's Live Sugar extract. Live Sugar is a terpene-rich concentrate made from fresh-frozen cannabis, the same extract URB uses in its Live Sugar disposables.
URB recommends a serving size of one quarter of a gummy. That is 50mg per serving, which is still strong for most people. THCp is known to be far more potent than delta 9, so treat this pack with respect.
Flavors are Strawberry Shortcake and Sour Blueberry. It is a sativa product, described as euphoric, energizing and happy. The price is $58.95, down from $70.
The value math
Each jar has 25 gummies. At the recommended quarter-gummy serving, that is 100 servings per jar, or about $0.59 per serving. It is the cheapest URB pack per serving by a wide margin, but only for experienced users who can handle the strength.
See how it stacks up against other high-potency picks in our list of the strongest legal THC gummies.
Who it is for
Experienced users with a high tolerance who want strong, uplifting daytime or social effects. Not for beginners.
5. Which URB Pack Should You Buy?
- New to THC gummies: Gateway Dreamland. One gummy, 10mg delta 9, easy to dose.
- Want help winding down at night: Gateway Dreamland, or the Delta 9 + 8 Live Resin for a body-heavy indica feel.
- Want the strongest gummy: Live Resin 200mg, split into quarters.
- Want daytime energy: Live Resin 200mg, the only sativa in the lineup.
- Want the best price per serving: Live Resin 200mg at about $0.59 per quarter.
6. What Live Resin Adds to a Gummy
Most THC gummies are made with distillate, a refined extract that is nearly pure cannabinoid but has lost most of the plant's natural terpenes. Live resin is different. It is extracted from cannabis that was frozen right after harvest, which keeps more of the original terpene profile.
In a gummy, that means two things. First, the flavor of the extract carries through more, even under the fruit flavoring. Second, many buyers feel that full-plant extracts give a rounder, more complete effect than distillate alone, often called the entourage effect. Research on that is still limited, so treat it as a reason to try live resin, not a promise.
Two of the three URB packs we stock use live resin or Live Sugar extract. Gateway Dreamland focuses on a measured cannabinoid and botanical formula instead.
7. URB vs Other Gummies We Stock
If you are deciding between URB and another brand, here is how they line up on our shelves.
| Gummy | Strength per gummy | Pack | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| URB Gateway Dreamland | 10mg delta 9 (62.5mg blend) | 30 | $39.95 |
| URB Live Resin 200mg | 200mg blend | 25 | $58.95 |
| Mellow Fellow Euphoria Live Resin | 50mg blend | 20 | $39.95 |
| Mellow Fellow Dream Live Resin | 50mg blend | 20 | $39.95 |
URB covers both ends of the range: the lowest-dose sleep gummy and the highest-dose gummy in this comparison. Mellow Fellow sits in the middle at 50mg, with blends built around a specific mood.
Picking a flavor
- Like berry and candy: Berry Burst or Strawberry Shortcake.
- Like sour: Sour Blueberry.
- Like melon: Blue Watermelon.
8. How to Dose URB Gummies Safely
According to the CDC, the effects of edibles can take 30 minutes to 2 hours to begin. That delay is why people take too much: they feel nothing after 45 minutes and take a second gummy.
- Start low. One Dreamland gummy, or a quarter of a 200mg gummy at most.
- Wait at least 2 hours before taking more.
- Eat a light meal first. Many people find edibles feel more consistent with food.
- Do not mix with alcohol, and never drive after taking an edible.
- Cut the 200mg gummies cleanly with a knife so each quarter is even.

9. Are URB Gummies Safe?
URB gummies come with lab reports, which are linked on our product pages. Check the COA for the cannabinoid amounts, a pass on contaminants and a recent test date. Our COA guide shows what to look for.
Storage matters more than most people think. A study published in Pediatrics in 2023 found that reported edible cannabis exposures in children under 6 rose from 207 in 2017 to 3,054 in 2021. Gummies look like candy, so keep every pack sealed and out of reach of kids and pets.
How to store URB gummies
Keep the jar sealed, at room temperature and out of direct sun. Heat can make gummies soft and sticky, which makes the 200mg gummies harder to cut evenly. A cool cupboard is better than a car or a sunny windowsill.
10. URB Clicker Battery: The Add-On
URB also makes vape hardware. The URB Clicker Battery is a 510 thread battery, on sale at $19.95 down from $25. If you want an inhaled option alongside your gummies, it works with standard 510 carts.
11. Legal Status and Shipping
URB's hemp THC gummies are federally legal today when they meet the 2018 Farm Bill limit of 0.3% delta 9 THC by dry weight. On December 11, 2026, a new federal hemp definition is set to take effect that caps finished products at 0.4mg total THC per container, which would remove most THC gummies from the hemp definition unless Congress changes it. Our 2026 hemp law explainer covers the details.
Some states restrict hemp THC. Check our delivery page to confirm we ship to your state.
